The SKJ series flat die pelletizer's key parts “die” and “rollers” are made by high alloy steel wear-resistant material. The useful life is also inpendent on the type of the materials to be pelletized. The transmission parts use auto differential, drum junctor or universal joint drive. The machine is low noise and low energy consumption, with high efficience and easy operation. 

The SKJ series flat die pelletizer can have two rollers, three rollers and four rollers. The small machine with two rollers, they are generally used for small operations, such as small farms.

Three cone-shaped rollers’ pellet machines are patented product, Patent NO:200720157337.9. This type of the unit is specially suitable for the bigger operation. The triple-pass rotary drum dryer has been developed and improved from single-pass rotary drum dryer. It is a more energy efficient dryer.

The triple-pass rotary drum dryer, improves the internal structure of the dryer, increases the wet material pre-dry handling capacity and extends the material drying (residence) time in the dryer, together with the improved sealing, heat uphold and other thoughtful structural features the triple-pass rotary drum dryer increases production capacity by 48-80%, comparing to the single rotary drum dryer, the evaporation strength can reach 120-180kg/m³ per unit volume, and the standard coal consumption is only 6-8kg/t. With its more advanced technology and well-designed operating parameters, it is simple to operate, and can be widely used in drying biomass material such as wood chips, sawdust, shavings, crop straws, as well as slag, clay, coal, and other materials.

The biomass materials can be hammer-milled from wood fiber, tree barks to agriculture fiber, charcoal, animal feed products, etc. The Hammer mill machinery delivers efficient processing performance with uniform particle sizing to meet customers specific size requirements. When the raw biomass material enter into the milling section, hit by the high speed-rotating hammers and crushed into smaller particle size, which is then coming through the screen mesh. The centrifugal high-speed emulsifying and dispersing head can generate powerful rotational suction when it is working, rotating and sucking down the material directly above the rotor, and then throwing it to the stator at high speed. After high-speed shearing, collision and crushing between the rotor and the stator, the material is collected to the outlet and ejected. The pipeline-type high-shear emulsifying machine is equipped with 1-3 sets of paired interlocking multi-layer stators and rotors. The rotors rotate at high speed driven by the motor, generating strong axial suction to suck the material into the cavity in a narrow space, cyclically processes fine materials, dispersing, shearing, and emulsifying the materials super efficiently. The rotation force of the anti-eddy current baffle at the bottom of the tank is converted into an up and down churning force, so that the materials in the tank are evenly mixed and also prevent the powder from accumulates agglomerates on the liquid surface, to achieve the purpose of hydration and emulsification.
